FAQ
1. Is there a minimum hire period?

Yes, the minimum Hire period is 4 Weeks and we offer a reduced rate for hiring over longer periods

2. Are there delivery charges?

No,  delivery and collection are Free

3. How long does delivery take

We endeavor  to get your hire machine delivered in 24-48 hrs, this may vary depending on day of order (eg.placing order at the weekend)  and also at busy periods . We will contact you the day after your order to inform you of a delivery day  and of any delays. Weekend orders will be contacted on Monday.

3. How do I pay?
When your book with Tone At Home online , you can choose to pay for your chosen hire  by credit card or Paypal or you can also select Pay On Delivery, our driver carries a mobile Chip And Pin credit card machine and can take payment when he delivers your equipment

4. Has the equipment to be assembled?

No , all our euipment is delivered fully assembled and we will give instructions on how to use

5. Can I extend My Hire ?
Yes, we will contact you at the end of your initial hire period and you can extend the hire , we offer a 10% discount with all rehires

6. Do You Require ID

Yes, We will look for a form of ID normally a drivers licence and also a current utility bill for proof of address

7. What happens if theres a problem with the equipment ?

Any problems must be reported to Tone At Home  as soon as possible and we will call to rectify any problems. If necessary, we will replace the machine at the earliest possible date.

8. What hours do you deliver ?

We deliver Monday To Friday and we will look to deliver your machine between 9 and 5 if possible, As customers lead busy lives due to work, family etc, this may not always be possible so we do try to arrange times that suit our customers. We will contact you the day before we deliver to discuss this.

9. Can i cancel my hire?

Yes , you can cancel your hire at any time if circumstances change and it no longer suits to have a hire machine. Please Note  we do not offer any refunds. Instead we will add any time you have paid for (less transport  costs) to any new hire you book with us.

10. Can you deliver upstairs?

Yes and No : due to the size of some of the equipment (eg treadmills) we cannot deliver to a first floors unless there is a lift service , we may be able to bring an exercice bike or equipment of similar size upstairs, please ask at time of order and we can discuss.

11. Can we have our machine in a Garage or Shed?
Yes , providing the shed is free from moisture and dust as these can affect the electronics

12. If I like the equipment can I buy it?
The machine we will deliver will be a hire machine, we do not sell these as we cannot offer a warranty with them.We do have new machines for sale and we can offer you a discount on a machine similar to the one you have on hire. We can discuss this at the end of your hire contract

13. What if I have an injury, can i use your equipment?
We recommend that if you have an injury  you contact your GP or Physio and get some advice on the sort of machine that would be most suitable for you, take our details along to them and discuss the options.
